Only items purchased on the http://shop.cccorsocomo.com E-commerce site are eligible to returned or exchanged. Any CC Corso Como products purchased elsewhere must abide by the return policy of the vendor they were purchased from.
Non-sale items requested to be returned up to 15 days after the order has been receive by the consumer are eligible for a full refund. Requests for a shipping label should be directed to email@example.com and will be responded to within 24 hours (1 business day).
Non-sale items requested to be returned after 15 days from the time the order has been delivered will be subject to a $3 re-stocking fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Items listed as ‘Sale’, ‘Special Value’, or ‘Clearance’ are not eligible to be returned.
Returns must be received unworn, in like-new condition, and in the original shoe box to be eligible to receive a refund of the full sale amount. Returns that are received that are deemed not re-sellable (ie.- worn, scuffed, missing any accessories originally included in the shipment, etc), will be subject to a $15 damage fee that will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.
If an item is shipped with a manufacturer defect, the item will be eligible for an exchange for the same item (if available), or any other item on the website of equal or lesser value, or a full refund.
Upon receipt of the return (allow 5-10 business days from the date the return is shipped back), the applicable refunded amount will be applied to the customer’s account with a notification email being sent to the customer at that time. Please allow at least one full billing cycle for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
